Our business at Pet Time, is based on the philosophy that flexible, reliable service is the best thing we can offer.

We come to you to find out how we can best take care of you and your pets, rather than offering a generic plan for everyone’s pet. Like people, each pet has a distinct personality and enjoys a different life routine. We don’t believe one size fits all when it comes to pet care.

First Step is to contact us, by phone or email. – Contact

We’ll discuss your needs and suggest some Services.

Second Step – For first time Clients, in order to give your pet the nurture and loving attention it deserves, we’ll send you our “First Time Contact Package” forms and..

Third Step – we’ll arrange to come round to your place for a “Meet ‘n Pat” where we listen to which services you want & to meet your pets. Because we DON’T believe that “One size fits all”, we’ll work with you to totally satisfy your needs.

Together we will construct a ‘package’ of services to ensure a happy, stress-free time for you and your pets plus top-notch care for your home. We will listen to what you want and give you an Estimate of costs. We’ll follow it up with a detailed written Quote as soon as possible afterwards.

This Meeting can be arranged at very short notice if you are called away unexpectedly.

fourth Step – Existing Customer Rapid and Repeat Booking Services. With your permission, we can retain (coded & secured) a copy of your key and your details, so that in the future, a quick phone call or email can enlist our services instantly if you are called away unexpectedly.

Pet Time operates 365 days a year.

We have Public Liability Insurance and full Police Clearance from the Department of Justice.
